We are sorry to inform you that the entity, Atlanta Area Family Psychiatry Clinic, P. C., after 48 years of practice, will be closing and ending clinical services effective June 30th, 2025. All clinicians will continue to practice in individual separate practices at different locations. They will continue to see their current patients as well as see new patients if they're accepting them.

If you need financial information (for insurance filing or tax purposes etc.) you may download your superbills and account history from your portal in Simple Practice through mid-June. Contact Mary if you need assistance at (770) 393-1880 extension “0.”

If you have a balance due on your account, it must be paid in full by June 15th, 2025.

Until June 30th, AAFPC will still be open and in operation at our current location and phone number.

After June 30th, all clinical patient records will be in the custody of your individual practitioner.
